Owner/President Field Management


Jim has had an extensive background in the construction field for the past 25 years.  His career has led him to specialize in commercial building and renovation, working as a Field manager for the past 16 years which has given him a proven record of 100% of projects completed under budget and on schedule.  Assured tasks were performed per contract and all construction standards and requirements were met.  He has supervised construction sites involving up to 40 employees with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $3.5 million.  In Jim’s retail construction experience, he has worked on projects from remodels to ground up.  His client list is:  American Eagle Outfitters, Aeropostale, Amerihost Hotel, Foot Locker, Christopher & Banks, Gymboree, American Signature Furniture, Regis, F&M Drugstore.

Phil entered the construction industry 13 years ago, after receiving his Construction Management Degree from Columbus State College.  Phil learned and tones his skills to acquire the experience to exceed in the construction industry.  He then moved on to become a field supervisor for a national base General Contractor for Retail tenant build outs.  Phil again acquires more experience monitoring on-site personnel, vendors, and Mall policies.  During this time Phil worked with scheduling, contract negotiation, building department requirements and all other local codes issues.  These acquired talents lead him to the opportunity to become a Project Manager and the coordination of multiple projects for the General Contractor and their clients.  Phil has a hands on approach to every project and works well with all parties involved.  His client list is:  American Eagle Outfitters, Aerie’s, Christopher Banks, CJ Banks, Acorn, Swoozies, Footlocker, Champs, Wilson Leather, Master Cuts, Aeropostale, Shoppers World.
